Our approach to facilities management is that of ensuring the property is optimally presented to maximise its performance as an investment for its owner across its lifetime.
We establish long term maintenance plans and incorporate the day-to-day repairs and maintenance to ensure we can deliver our promise.
Together with contractors we ensure the building warrant of fitness (BWOF) program is in place and conforms with council requirements, should any repairs or maintenance issues arise we make sure these are completed to ensure certificates are issued and the building is compliant.
Regular inspections are carried out with full reports and photos provided to owners. We believe regular site inspections are crucial to minimizing repairs and maximising a buildings presentation and performance.
